However, there's a rhythm to the routine that keeps the days moving forward. Join me as I walk you through a typical day in my lab. 6:30 AM: Rise and Shine My day begins early. As a neuroscientist, I’ve learned that mornings are precious. I start with a strong cup of coffee while reviewing the day’s agenda. On my to-do list, today are several important tasks: experiments to conduct, data to analyze, and a seminar to prep for. 7:30 AM: Lab Meeting By 7:30 AM, I’m in the lab, gathered with my research team.
