As the sun rises over the rolling hills of grapevines, the day begins, and with it, the intricate dance of creating the perfect wine. 7:00 AM – Rise and Shine The sun is just peeking over the horizon, casting golden light across the vineyard. I start my day early—nature doesn’t wait, and neither can I. After a quick cup of coffee, I grab my boots and head out to survey the vineyard. The moment I step outside, I’m enveloped by the fresh scent of damp earth and ripe grapes. 8:00 AM – Morning Vineyard Checks I wander through the rows of vines, checking on the health of the grapes. I examine the leaves, looking for any signs of pests or disease. This is crucial, especially as we approach harvest season.
