My day starts pretty early—around 6:00 AM. I believe that a great day begins with a good routine. I start by hydrating; I drink a glass of water to wake up my body. Then it’s off to my bathroom for my skincare routine. I can’t stress enough how important it is to take care of your skin as a model. After cleansing and moisturizing, I whip up a healthy breakfast. It’s usually oatmeal topped with fresh fruits and a sprinkle of nuts, giving me the energy I need for a long day.

Preparing for the Day: Outfits and Mindset

After breakfast, it’s time for wardrobe selection. Today, I have fittings for an upcoming show, and I want to be sure I’m looking my best. I check my calendar to review my schedule and any specific requirements for the day. Once I’m dressed, I like to spend a moment meditating or doing some light stretches to get focused and mentally prepared for the day ahead. Being in the right mindset is crucial for the busy hours ahead!

Off to the Studio: The Commute

Most days, I’ll be heading to the studio or the location for a shoot around 8:30 AM. I love listening to podcasts or music during my commute; it helps me stay inspired and motivated. When I arrive at the studio, the buzz of creativity in the air is palpable. I’m greeted by other models, photographers, and the creative team, and we all exchange greetings and excitement for the day ahead.

The Fitting: Getting the Look Just Right

The team sets up the lights, cameras, and backdrop, and then it’s all about connecting with the camera. The photographer briefs me on the desired vibe and poses. I rely heavily on my training to project various emotions, and it's exhilarating to see the results come to life.

Wrapping Up: Reflect and Relax

After a long day, we finally finished the shoot, typically around 5:00 PM. Everyone shares their excitement and reviews a few of the shots together. It’s these little moments that remind me how collaborative and dynamic this industry is. 

I head home, and although I’m usually exhausted, I try to squeeze in a quick workout before dinner and relax afterward. Whether it’s catching up on a favorite series, reading a book, or simply unwinding in a bubble bath, self-care is vital, especially after a busy day.

Evening Wind Down: Gratitude and Rest

As my day winds down, I jot down a few notes in my journal. Reflecting on the day helps me practice gratitude and keep my mind clear. I’m grateful for the incredible opportunities, the people I meet, and the experiences that enrich my life. By 10:00 PM, I’m ready to drift off to sleep, excited for the adventures that await tomorrow.
