9:00 AM – Arrival at the Restaurant
I arrive at the restaurant about an hour before opening. The atmosphere is quiet, with a faint aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. I first check in with the kitchen staff. After a brief chat with the head chef about the special seafood dish of the day, I set up my station—replenishing silverware, polishing glasses, and ensuring the condiment stations were well-stocked.
